Description
- Automatic bottle supply: The conveyor belt transports the empty bottles to the positioning station, and the photoelectric sensor detects their position.
- Precise filling: The submersible filling head extends into the bottom of the bottle, filling at a fast and then slow speed, reducing air bubbles; the filling volume is controlled in real time by the volume pump / weighing sensor.
- Automatic lifting and suction: After filling, the filling head slowly rises, and at the same time, it sucks up the remaining liquid to prevent leakage.
- Automatic bottle discharge: Bottles that have been filled are transported by the conveyor belt to the next process (such as cap threading, labeling).
- Online inspection: Real-time monitoring of filling volume, bottle position, etc. When abnormalities occur, it automatically alarms and stops the machine.
