Introduction

This is a continuous pre-extraction – extraction equipment for grain and oil processing plants. It is mainly used for pre-extraction processing of oil-containing oilseeds such as rapeseed, peanut, and cottonseed. It presses the steamed and fried seed embryos into low-residue cakes (which are convenient for subsequent extraction and oil production), and can also be used alone for direct pressing in small-scale production lines. It is one of the core equipment in the plant oil processing process.
Its features include large processing capacity, low residual oil rate, and the extracted oil cake has a loose structure, which is suitable for subsequent extraction processes. At the same time, the operation and maintenance are relatively simple, making it a commonly used equipment for small and medium-sized vegetable oil plants.
